2015 for me has been a busy year. Some new clients, photographing for existing clients and some good potentials on the horizon.
Its nice to look back and see what has worked and what has not worked. For me networking is so important as it can open new opportunities and I’m constantly looking for new business and sometimes in new areas.
2014 i spent the last 6 months travelling the world photographing the FIA WEC. While this was exciting and the most amazing opportunity I found I was starting to lose contact with some agencies and even some clients. Travelling the world sounds glamorous its not. Made harder when I have a family at home. I made a decision end of 2014 to leave the FIA WEC scene and concentrate on building back some business and developing new business for 2015 and beyond.
The first thing I wanted to do was update my websites and re-introduce some new ones.
First was my wedding site. I wanted a fresh look with easy access and to show potential clients what I can offer as a photographer.
My second website is my main business and I’m finding that I’m photographing a lot of construction projects. This year I have added three more clients and for 2016 looking to develop further.
My third website is a shooting website. I have been picking up commissions by meeting clients on shoots and by word of mouth. This is great for networking and the work fits in nicely in the year as the shoots run from October to end of January.
I used wix.com for these websites as it seems to answer what I was looking for

I have a great interest in Architecture and many of my assignments take me into London. This is great source of images and I’m always capturing images on my i-Phone. Its a project and a passion that will continue onto the 2016. London is evolving and the city landscape is changing.
