This time of the year again, Harpenden Gang Show 67 the longest continuously running Gang Show in the world.
I have been photographing this event for the last 10 years. Every year it seems to get better and better. I know I’m biased as my wife Cathy Washbrooke Dance Director and Choreographer as been involved in the last three shows.
This year the dress rehearsal was probably the best I had photographed, everyone new what to do, smiling faces straight through running on time. The performance I photographed on the Thursday was very slick and polished and again I would rate one of the best Thursday’s I have photographed.
The kids do a great job and that is seen on their faces, makes my job a lot easier when I’m photographing smiling faces.
None of this would happen if it was not for the people behind the scenes, giving up their time to make this happen.
